By accessing or registering for Est8Core, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service set out below. Please read them carefully before using the Service, as they form a legally binding agreement between you and Future Solutions Dev (owner and operator of the Est8Core product). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "I Agree", "Create Account", or by otherwise accessing or using the platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including account owners and any users added under each account.
2. Definitions
- Service: The Est8Core online platform for customer relationship management in the real-estate brokerage sector, including its tools, integrations, and related content.
- Future Solutions Dev: The company that owns and operates the Est8Core product and is the legal party to this agreement.
- Account: The credentials (username and password) you create to access the Service.
- Account Holder / Subscribing Company: The organisation or individual that has entered into a subscription with Est8Core and has been given a dedicated private workspace on the platform.
- User: Any natural person authorised to access your account's workspace.
- Subscription: The commercial arrangement between you and Future Solutions Dev that grants access to a paid or trial tier of the Service.
- Customer Data: All data and information uploaded, entered, or otherwise processed within the platform, including data relating to your clients, properties, and deals.
3. The Service
Future Solutions Dev provides, through Est8Core, an online subscription platform for customer relationship management in the real-estate brokerage sector. Features include, without limitation: lead management, property management, deal management, branch and team hierarchy management, performance reporting, and third-party integrations.
The Service is provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. Future Solutions Dev reserves the right to develop, modify, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice to users when material changes are made.
4. Accounts & Eligibility
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the law applicable to you in order to use the Service.
4.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your Account and to update it promptly whenever it changes. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or misleading information.
4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify the Est8Core support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. You bear full responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you authorised them.
4.4 Users Added Under Your Account
The account owner is responsible for all Users added to their workspace and must ensure that each such User complies with these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, Trial & Billing
5.1 Free Trial
Est8Core offers a free trial with no credit card required. The current trial duration is shown on our pricing page and at sign-up. If you do not subscribe to a paid plan before the trial period ends, access to the Service will automatically cease at expiry.
5.2 Subscription Plans
Multiple subscription plans are available; their current details and prices are shown on our pricing page and within your account at the time of subscription. Plans are billed monthly or yearly at your election. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until explicitly cancelled.
5.3 Upgrades, Downgrades & Cancellations
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Changes take effect immediately; upon cancellation, the Service remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.
5.4 Price Changes
Future Solutions Dev reserves the right to change subscription prices, provided that affected users are given at least thirty (30) days' notice before the new pricing takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after new pricing becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees.
5.5 Taxes
All displayed prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are solely responsible for remitting any taxes applicable to your purchase.
5.6 Refund Policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, including any unused portion of a billing period following a downgrade or cancellation. Exceptions apply only where expressly required by applicable law, or where Future Solutions Dev grants a refund at its sole discretion in documented exceptional circumstances.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 Lawful Purposes Only
You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes related to your real-estate brokerage business. Use of the platform for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is expressly prohibited:
- Processing or transferring any third-party personal data in a manner that violates applicable data-protection laws.
- Publishing or transmitting any defamatory, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Est8Core's systems, data, or accounts of other users.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
- Using automated mechanisms or software that imposes an unreasonable burden on the platform.
- Reselling or sub-licensing the Service without prior written authorisation from Future Solutions Dev.
- Infringing any intellectual property rights belonging to Future Solutions Dev, Est8Core, or any third party.
6.3 Data-Protection Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that Customer Data you upload has been collected and may be processed in compliance with all applicable data-protection laws, including, where relevant, any applicable local or international regulations.
7. Customer Data & Ownership
7.1 Ownership of Data
You own your data in full. Future Solutions Dev makes no claim of ownership over any data uploaded to or processed through the Est8Core platform.
7.2 Your Private Space & Data Confidentiality
Your data lives in your own private, isolated workspace on the platform — separate from every other account. The Est8Core team does not access your data except with your explicit authorisation (for example, when you request support) or where legally required, and any such access is logged transparently. 7.3 Use of Your Data
Est8Core processes your data solely for the purpose of providing, supporting, and improving the Service. Your data is not sold to third parties and is not used for advertising purposes.
7.4 Your Responsibility for the Data You Enter
You bear full responsibility for:
- The lawfulness of collecting your clients' and counterparties' data and entering it into the platform.
- Obtaining all necessary consents required by applicable law before inputting any personal data.
- The accuracy and integrity of the data you enter.
7.5 Data Export & Deletion
You may export your data at any time during an active subscription. Upon termination or suspension of your account, a reasonable window will be provided for you to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems in accordance with our published data-retention policy.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership of the Platform
Future Solutions Dev owns all rights, title, and interest — including all intellectual property rights — in and to the Est8Core platform and all associated source code, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, documentation, and any content produced by Future Solutions Dev.
8.2 Limited Licence
Future Solutions Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Est8Core platform in accordance with these Terms for the duration of your active subscription. Nothing in this licence shall be construed as a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
8.3 User Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding improvements to the platform, you hereby grant Future Solutions Dev an unrestricted, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
9. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate with third-party services and tools (including, for example, payment gateways, WhatsApp, and social-media platforms). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms of use and privacy policy. Future Solutions Dev accepts no responsibility for the performance, terms, or any damages arising from third-party services.
Est8Core recommends reviewing the terms of each third-party service before connecting it to your account.
10. Availability & Support
Est8Core makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability of the platform. No specific uptime guarantee is provided except under a separate Service Level Agreement applicable to custom enterprise plans.
Technical support is provided through several channels: email ([email protected]), directly within the platform, and via WhatsApp (on the number shown in your account or on our website). Response-time commitments may vary by subscription plan.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Egyptian law. Future Solutions Dev makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including without limitation:
- Implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
- That the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- The accuracy of any results or outputs generated by the platform.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, the total aggregate liability of Future Solutions Dev to you, for any cause of action and under any legal theory, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 Exclusion of Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Future Solutions Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from inability to access the Service.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Future Solutions Dev and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, and legal proceedings arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your use of the platform in a manner contrary to applicable law or these Terms.
- Data you upload or process, including any infringement of third-party privacy or intellectual-property rights.
- Your violation of any third-party rights.
14. Suspension & Termination
14.1 Termination by User
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
14.2 Suspension or Termination by Future Solutions Dev
Future Solutions Dev may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy.
- Failure to pay subscription fees when due.
- Substantiated suspicion of fraud or misuse.
- A judicial or regulatory order requiring such action.
14.3 Effect of Termination on Data
Upon account termination, a reasonable period — no less than seven (7) days in non-punitive terminations — will be made available for you to export your data. After that window, data will be deleted from our systems in accordance with our established procedures. Prepaid fees for any remaining portion of a billing period will not be refunded except to the extent required by law.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, and both parties consent to such exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms
Future Solutions Dev reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified by email to the registered address, or by a prominent notice within the platform, at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date.
